Good morning. I'm not sure about you, but I didn't exactly enjoy that polar blast we got this week.
Nor did our dog.
Each time we let him out to 'potty,' it was only a matter of seconds before he got those prance-y feet some dogs get in the snow.
To think he descended from wolves...

We've all been there. Some household object that's just a little too heavy needs to be moved. "Ah, I can do it, what's the worst that could happen?"
Sometimes we get away with it. And sometimes we don't.
That sudden pop in your arm could add up to more than just a dramatic story to tell — it might mean losing half your arm's functional strength.
While most people think of the biceps as the muscle that helps you lift weights or look good at the beach, it actually controls a critical motion you use hundreds of times daily. Surprisingly, it's the motion of rotating from palm down to palm up that is the biceps' main function.

If you've been with me for any amount of time, you may have heard this before...but even still, I need you to feel this in your bones.

I'll sleep better tonight knowing that you've been warned. Again.
